Use of Cater.ly
Cater.ly provides tools that help customers and catering businesses manage catering inquiries, quotes, bookings, payments, event information, and related communications. You agree to provide accurate information when using the platform and to use Cater.ly only for lawful purposes.
Bookings, Quotes, and Payments
Catering services, pricing, deposits, balances, cancellation terms, and other event-specific conditions may be established by the catering business providing the service. Cater.ly may facilitate booking, quote, and payment-related functionality, but the catering business remains responsible for the catering services it provides.
SMS Terms
Cater.ly may offer optional transactional SMS communications related to your catering event, booking, quote, payments, remaining balance, or other important service updates. You will receive SMS messages only after providing the required consent through an applicable Cater.ly opt-in method. Message frequency varies based on your activity and event status. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. SMS consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase or complete a booking. Opting out of SMS will not prevent Cater.ly from providing important information through other available communication channels.
